Sound off: New Whataburger and Comfort Suites?

An Ultimate Katy reader spots new restaurant and hotel developments around the Katy Mills area:

"My wife and I were driving around where the new HEB is at I -10 at Pin Oak Road and we noticed there's a new pad site for a restaurant coming in. And it's going to be the new Whataburger there in front of Katy Main Street HEB. So that'll be coming in a couple of months.

Also, behind the Hilton Garden Inn and the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott, it looks like -- right next door to Discount Tire -- there's a new pad site and it looks as if they're going to be putting a Katy Comfort Suites Hotel at that location. That's by the Katy Mills Mall between Katy Mills and the Discount Tire area."
