Katy man accused of third DWI, evidence tampering
A Katy man is being held without bond after Harris County sheriff's deputies
accused him of driving while intoxicated and tampering with evidence related
to that charge.
Dustin William Riley, 28, of the 5300 block of Pine Cliff Drive, is charged
with felony counts of driving while intoxicated and tampering with physical
evidence.
According to criminal complaints filed against Riley in Harris County Court,
both alleged offenses took place Monday. One complaint says that the
evidence he's accused of destroying or tampering with is a vial of blood.
The other complaint says that Riley was convicted of DWI once in October
2008 and again in September 2010.
