Two Katy realty offices merge

Two local realty offices, Keller Williams Signature and Topmark Realty, recently announced a merger.

Gayla Gayden, Glen Gayden and Justin Flanagan of Topmark have joined Keller Williams Signature, 920 S. Fry Road.

Topmark Realty was in business for more than 20 years. The Gaydens and Flanagan sold more than 225 properties in 2010, according to a release from the local Keller Williams office.
