The plaintiffs said that on May 1, 2005, they entered into a consulting agreement with the defendant to provide business development services in connection with Aramark’s management contract with Houston Community College. For five years, the plaintiffs helped the defendant develop business as agreed, but Aramark failed to pay for these services in accordance with their contract, according to the brief.

The plaintiffs are seeking an order of specific performance, damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. They are being represented in the case by Houston attorney George Shipley.
