Katy Life Time Fitness sued over foot injury
Life Time Fitness is being sued over claims a swimmer was injured in its outdoor pool in Katy.
Michael Huey filed a premises liability lawsuit on Oct. 4 in the Harris County District Court against Life Time Fitness, Inc.
Huey says that on Oct. 5, 2009, he sustained serious injuries in the outdoor swimming pool of Life Time Fitness, located at 23211 Cinco Ranch Blvd. in Katy. According to the brief, Huey, while stepping into the pool, gashed the bottom of his foot on a suction outlet plate.
Huey is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Marc Kutner.
