Rover Oaks launches Operation: War Dogs
A monthlong fundraiser benefiting the U.S. War Dog Association is set to begin on Memorial Day.
Rover Oaks Pet Resort will offer matching donations of up to $50,000 to support Operation: War Dogs until July 4.
The organization works to create permanent War Dog memorials and to supply canines with medications, food, bedding and other things.
Donors who give $25 will be given a commemorative dog-tag necklace. A free night at Rover Oaks will be offered to those who give $100, according to the news release.
Rover Oaks Katy, located at 24250 Kingsland Blvd., will be accepting donations until July 4. For directions or more information, call this branch at 281-693-7687.
