Kimetha Broussard and her husband, Chad, acquired a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 6903 Spring Run Lane in Katy from Alan and Regina S. Curtis on Feb. 22.

The Curtises acquired the home in the Grand Lakes Phase 4 subdivision in July 2008 from Trendmaker Homes Inc. The 3,936-square-foot house was built in 2008 in Grand Lakes. It is valued at $451,720.

Ms. Broussard is a certified fertility care practitioner and serves as a director at Fertility Care of Ford Bend.
