Oil firm president fetches Cinco Ranch West 4BD

Collier T. Weiner and Patti L. Bernard acquired a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 26415 Cole Trace Lane in Katy from Dhruv and Gauri Trehan on Feb. 22.

The 2,508-square-foot house, which was built in 2006, is in Cinco Ranch. It is located in the Cinco Ranch West subdivision and is valued at $210,020.

Mr. Weiner is the president at General Crude Company, Inc., an oil and gas producer.

He received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Duke University.

Mr. Weiner and Ms. Bernard also sold a condo at 3030 Post Oak Blvd. in Nov. 2006.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,885 home sales in Katy during the past 12 months
