CEO acquires 4BD home in Cinco Ranch
Nicholas R. Schacht and Megan L. Schacht acquired a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 2214 Wild Dunes Circle in Katy from Jack Dabbah, Jin Dabbah and Jin Tsoi on May 24.
The 4,098-square-foot house was built in 1996 in Cinco Ranch. It is part of the Cinco Ranch North Lake Village subdivision. Fort Bend County assesses the home's value at $236,310.
Nicholas Schacht has been the CEO at Learning Tree International Inc. since 2005 and president since 2003. Prior to this position, he was the firm's chief operating officer and principal financial officer. Before that, he was president at GlobalLearning Systems, group president at the Institute of International Research and held various positions at ESI International. He also served as a U.S. Naval officer.
He holds a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, a master's degree in general administration from the University of Maryland and a master's degree from George Washington University.
