Katy YMCA serves up youth tennis camps
Michaela Milligan and other children ages 6-12 can take tennis lessons at Seven Lakes High School instructed by the Katy Family YMCA beginning July 9.
The Katy Family YMCA will hold two tennis camps for children ages 6-12 beginning July 9.
Campers will focus on beginner skills. Everyone will practice and play in every match.
The first skills camp is for children ages 6-8 from 8-10 a.m. July 9-13. The second camp will be for children ages 9-12 from 8-10 a.m. July 16-20. Both camps will be held at the Seven Lakes High School tennis courts.
Cost is $60 for facility members and $90 for program members. Register at the welcome center.
Campers are reminded to bring a tennis racket and water daily.
The tennis courts can be found at 9251 S. Fry Road, Katy.
